1. Returns for Damaged Products
In the unfortunate event you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps within 8 days of delivery:
- Capture Unboxing Video
- Record the entire parcel opening—uncut and in one shot—to document the damage. - Submit Your Claim
- Email your video plus order number to hello@clipclapkart.store or send via Whatsapp to the number below. - Verification
- Our team will review your footage to confirm the damage. - Return Authorization
- Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or arrange pick-up—no extra cost to you. - Replacement or Refund
- Choose a replacement item or full refund; we’ll process it within 3 business days of receiving the damaged product.
2. Exchanges & Incorrect Items
- If you receive the wrong product or a defective item (outside major breakage), let us know within 8 days of delivery.
- Send a clear photo of the product and your order details to hello@clipclapkart.store.
- We’ll ship the correct item at no extra charge—no need to return the incorrect one.
