Return & Refund Policy

At Clip Clap Kart, we want you to be delighted with every order. If you need to cancel, return, or exchange a product, please review the guidelines below.

 


 

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:

    Contact us at hello@clipclapkart.store or via WhatsApp at +91 89288 92337 before your order is dispatched to cancel it.

  • Refund Timeline:

    Once canceled, we’ll process your refund within 3–4 business days back to your original payment method (no fees).

 


 

2. Returns of Unused Items

  • Return Window:

    You may return unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 3 days of delivery.

  • How to Initiate:

    1. Email hello@clipclapkart.store with your order number, product name, and reason for return.

    2. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us (return shipping cost borne by you).

    3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue your refund (excluding original shipping fees) within 3 business days.

     


 

3. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we’ll make it right at no extra cost—provided you follow these steps within 3 days of delivery:

  1. Unboxing Video or Photo

    • For damaged items, record an uncut video of the parcel opening.

    • For incorrect/defective items, snap a clear photo of the product and packaging.

     

  2. Submit Your Claim

    Send your media plus order details to hello@clipclapkart.store or WhatsApp +91 89288 92337.

  3. Verification & Pickup

    Our team will review your submission. If approved, we’ll arrange a free pick-up or send you a prepaid return label.

  4. Replacement or Refund

    Choose between an immediate replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund—processed within 3 business days of our receiving the returned item.

 


 

4. Exchanges

  • How to Exchange:

    Follow the “Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Products” steps above, and tell us which variant or item you’d like instead.

  • No Extra Cost:

    We cover all shipping for approved exchanges.

 


 

5. Ineligible Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products used, altered, or missing original tags/packaging.

  • Items past their return window (15 days for unused, 8 days for damaged/incorrect).

  • Clearance or free promotional items.

 


 

6. Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders:

    Refunded back to your original payment method (card/UPI/wallet) within 3–4 business days.

  • COD Orders:

    Refunded via our website wallet (credit you can use on future orders) within 48–72 business hours.
