Welcome to Clip Clap Kart! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and purchase of products from Clip Clap Kart (“CCK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using www.clipclapkart.store, you agree to these Terms.

 

 

1. Definitions

  • “Site” refers to www.clipclapkart.store and all associated subdomains.

  • “Products” means any art, stationery, DIY or craft supplies sold on the Site.

  • “User,” “You,” or “Customer” means anyone who visits, browses, or makes a purchase on our Site.

 

 

2. Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use and purchase from our Site.

  • You agree not to misuse the Site (e.g., hacking, data mining, or interfering with Site operations).

 

 

3. Account Registration

  • You may browse without an account, but to place orders you must register with accurate information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

 

 

4. Product Information & Pricing

  • We strive to display accurate product images, descriptions, and prices. However, we reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time.

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclude applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.

 

 

5. Ordering & Payment

 

  • Orders placed before 12 PM IST are processed same day; orders after 12 PM or on Sundays/holidays are processed the next business day.

  • We accept prepaid payments (UPI, cards, wallets) with no extra fee, and COD with a ₹100 charge.

  • Once payment is authorized, we’ll send an order confirmation by email.

 

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard shipping charge: ₹70 for orders below ₹399; free for orders ≥ ₹399.

  • Delivery timeframe: 3–7 business days from dispatch.

  • You’ll receive tracking details via email/SMS once your order ships.

 

 

7. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Goods

  • Damaged Products: Notify us within 8 days of delivery. Record an uncut video of unboxing and email it to hello@clipclapkart.store or WhatsApp us for verification.

  • Exchanges & Incorrect Items: Report within 8 days with a photo; we’ll send replacements at no extra cost.

  • General Returns: Unused, undamaged items may be returned within 15 days (return shipping cost borne by you unless otherwise agreed).

  • Refunds/exchanges processed within 3 business days of receipt and approval.

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, graphics, and text on the Site are our property or used with permission and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or Products will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.

 

 

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

  • We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the change.

  • Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
