1. Shipping Regions

We deliver to every corner of India—metro, urban, and rural pin codes alike.

 

 

2. Processing Time

  • Same-day processing for orders placed before 12 PM (noon) IST.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM, on Sundays, or on national holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details.

 

 

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Please note that factors such as traffic, weather, or distance may occasionally affect delivery times. In such cases, we’ll notify you via email/SMS as soon as possible.

 

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • ₹70 for all orders below ₹399

  • FREE shipping on orders of ₹399 and above

  • No extra fees for prepaid orders

  • COD orders incur a ₹100 cash-on-delivery charge

 

 

5. Proof of Delivery

Please acknowledge receipt when your courier arrives. If you have any concerns about your package condition, note them immediately with the delivery agent and then contact us.

 

 

6. Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address and mobile number are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

 

 

7. Tracking Your Order

We partner with multiple trusted courier services to get your supplies to you safely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email/SMS containing the courier name and tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

 

 

8. Holiday & Peak-Season Notice

To avoid delays during major festivals and holidays, we recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance. If stock issues or natural events impact shipping, we’ll inform you via your registered email or phone.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Clip Clap Kart is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier partners, postal authorities, or events beyond our control. In the rare event your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
